Tucson Ride has phenomenal service. Over the last four weeks or more my sister lost her driver to her dialysis sessions. I called Tucson Ride and they were an immediate help and solution. As happens her schedule changed for a week or another family member stepped up and we didn’t need Tucson Ride to pick her up from her dialysis. Gary at Tucson Ride was 100% reliable on getting the scheduled ride changed. Always credited any portion we did not use. My sister, who is hard to please, had nothing but kind words for the service and her driver. I will not hesitate to call upon Tucson Ride for other transportation needs as they come up.
